Founded SRE functions at two companies, taking one portfolio from 80 PagerDuty incidents a month to fewer than one and cutting EC2 costs 40% through Kubernetes adoption. Most recently, in a newly opened office where nearly all infrastructure pull requests were AI-generated, built DevOps tooling designed for other engineers to operate through agents.
